Open the right upload profile with a single key press.
Save your YouTube upload settings once and launch the right workflow directly from Stream Deck. Choose the channel, visibility, category, tags and other settings once — then reuse them for every upload.
Uploading recurring content shouldn’t mean configuring YouTube from scratch every time.
Creators often publish content with predictable settings: the same channel, visibility, category, recurring tags, and YouTube declarations. YouTube Video Upload Manager turns these into instant, reusable upload profiles.
Manual & Error-Prone Reconfiguration
- ❌ Navigating browser tabs and waiting for YouTube Studio to load.
- ❌ Switching between multiple Google accounts with constant login friction.
- ❌ Manually re-typing tags, category selections, and declarations for every episode.
- ❌ Accidental public releases when an unlisted client review draft was intended.
Instant Profile-Driven Publishing
- ✓ Press a single Stream Deck key to jump directly into the configured upload profile.
- ✓ Target channel, visibility, category, tags, and declarations load automatically.
- ✓ Simply drop the video file, verify the title, and publish with zero friction.
- ✓ Dedicated keys prevent costly cross-channel or wrong-visibility upload mistakes.

YouTube Video Upload Manager is a desktop companion for creators who publish recurring content — episodes, VODs, shorts, client deliveries — each with its own visibility, category and tag set.
Define those settings once as an upload profile; the Stream Deck integration puts each profile directly onto an LCD key. Pressing the key brings the application to the front and jumps straight to the upload screen with the profile selected.
The Stream Deck key shows the custom label assigned by the user directly under “UPLOAD”.
Setting up a key in seconds.
Drag the action onto any free Stream Deck key.
The list contains upload profiles created in the desktop application. A refresh action updates immediately.
This text is displayed under “UPLOAD” on the Stream Deck key.
• If no profile has been selected, the key still opens the application on the upload screen so you can configure your first account and profile.
• If a profile assigned to a key is later deleted, the application informs you instead of silently uploading with a different profile.

Upload Profiles
Save reusable settings for every type of content: public / private / unlisted visibility, YouTube category, tags, “Made for kids” declaration, and “Contains synthetic media” declaration.
Multiple YouTube Channels
Connect several YouTube accounts using Google sign-in. Each upload profile can be associated with the specific channel it should publish to.
Resumable Uploads
Large video files are uploaded in chunks with live progress. Uploads can be cancelled or retried without filling out a completely new form.
Thumbnails
Users can either select an image file or automatically extract a frame from the video with a single click.
Upload Queue
The application maintains an upload queue that survives application restarts. Users can monitor completed uploads, failed uploads, and uploads still in progress.
Your YouTube credentials stay on your computer.
Google sign-in uses Google’s own OAuth consent flow. The application talks directly to YouTube. There is no CasuisTec account to create and no CasuisTec server acting as an intermediary for the YouTube connection. Credentials are stored using the operating system’s encrypted credential storage.
